We want you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase from Biohyalux. If you need to return your order just follow these easy steps to send back to us. Please note that our policy is 14 days from the shipped date from our warehouse to your address.

We ask that all merchandise has not been used, not opened and in original condition. 

HOW TO RETURN

  • Biohyalux online Return Portal can only be used to return items purchased at us.biohyalux.com
  • All returns will be refunded via original form of payment
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return your item(s)
  • Items must be returned within 14 days back to us 
  • Biohyalux is not responsible for any return packages that are stolen/lost in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number when shipping your items back

RETURN FAQ's 

How long does it take for my refund to process?

Once received it can take about 3 to 5 business days for return processing. The time to post back to your account may vary depending on the bank you are with. If you are unsure of the time frame we recommend contacting your bank and they will be able to provide this information for you.

What if my credit/debit card is no longer available that I used at checkout?

If you no long have the credit/debit card used at checkout due to the following reasons: expired, fraud, lost or stolen please contact the issuing bank right away and they will be able to help assist in transferring funds to the appropriate account. 

I ordered/received the wrong item, what should I do?

If you placed an order with us and by accident chose the wrong item at checkout please email our support team right away usually within 12 hours so we can let our processing team know. We can cancel your order on our end so you may re-purchase for the right product. If you received the wrong item please contact our support team immediately and provide all order information and a picture of the product that was received. 

My Item arrived damaged, what should I do?

If you believe your item was damaged please contact our support team immediately providing us details and an image of the damaged product(s).
